Guiding Principle 3
I am committed to the well-being of the students within my care.
I have compassion for struggling students. I demonstrate my interest in their success by conducting one-on-one instructions when necessary and by having interventions.
I readily and eagerly reward good work and have included students’ work and have implemented a reward system called, "Student of the Month".
In addition, I employ a vast variety of assessments throughout my practice as can be seen in my plans.
The gallery below shows my commitment to my students. Click on any image to get a better picture of my approach to managing the learning process.
Some of my strategies include:
Rewarding students who have done well,
Embarking on SBA and IA interventions,
Keeping online revision sessions, etc.
